望江路以北,中河以东,直吉祥巷以西,梅花碑以南,作为杭州工具厂的旧址,这块位于杭州市中心的地块,竟年复一年,长起了野草。杭州人或许不知道的是八百年前,南宋绍兴三十二年,高宗离开凤凰大内,入住德寿官,而德寿宫便是这荒地在南宋的前身了。但显而易见,作为南宋的都城,杭州在这八百年的变迁下,留存下的物质文化遗产已不多见,南宋皇城荡然无存,整座凤凰山林木森然。那座曾经带着皇家气象的临安城,随着时代更迭与城市建设,如同光阴一般被层层叠压在地下。在地面之下,800多年前的临安城,在商业生活中留下了无数的遗迹,这些遗迹被锁在了时光中,等待着人们通过浮现的一砖一瓦、一瓷一器来窥见它过去的一抹辉煌,向世界耐心讲述南宋的故事。幸而,有一批人做到了!面对复原德寿宫这样的巨大工程,又加上疫情的肆虐,考古学家、建筑师、工人们的付出不可想象。

What Hangzhou people may not know is that 800 years ago, in the 32nd year of the Shaoxing reign of the Southern Song Dynasty, Emperor Gaozong left the Phoenix Palace and moved into the Deshou Palace, which was the predecessor of this barren land in the Southern Song Dynasty. But it is obvious that as the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty, Hangzhou has lost much of its material cultural heritage after eight hundred years of changes. The imperial city of the Southern Song Dynasty has disappeared completely, and the entire Phoenix Mountain is covered in dense forests. The Lin'an City, which once had a royal atmosphere, has been layered underground like time with the changing times and urban construction. Underneath the ground, over 800 years ago, Lin'an City left countless ruins in its commercial life. These ruins are locked in time, waiting for people to glimpse its past glory through every brick, tile, porcelain, and artifact that emerges, patiently telling the story of the Southern Song Dynasty to the world. Fortunately, a group of people have achieved it! Faced with the enormous project of restoring the De Shou Palace, coupled with the raging epidemic, the efforts of archaeologists, architects, and workers are unimaginable.

从外观上看,德寿宫无论是“秦桧旧宅”,还是“建房廊于市”与“委巷厕溷”毗邻,亦是入住这一天,宫门之外仍“污泥没漆”,都让人无法感受到他身为太皇寝宫的尊贵。但入内,有别于一路之隔坊巷里的低矮民居,高耸的屋脊、雄踞的吻兽、高挑的檐角,都展现着皇家气派。此外,那亭台楼阁错落有致,德寿宫完全足以被称为一座构建精巧、别具匠心的皇家园林。毕竟德寿宫占地17万平方米,相对于被称为“南内”的凤凰山大内,它被称为“北内”,它的特殊地位可见一斑。而与高宗初期反对“多事土木台观”“恐有害吾民”的观点相反,当他终于退下皇位,不受金的威胁后,他变得极尽奢华。德寿宫的那座后苑园林,有大龙池、万岁山,前者比拟西湖,后者比拟飞来峰,更有流水潺潺,华舟游荡。可见,作为太皇太后居住的皇宫,德寿宫并不输,其中,我们足以见宋韵精髓。

这是一片空荡荡的土地,相隔数百年后,人们再无缘亲眼看见那些恢宏又不失精巧的建筑了。这片土地上的往事已随时间逝去,那些昔日的建筑亦早已灰飞烟灭。果真如此?其实不然,即使面对漫漫时间的破坏和种种天灾人祸的摧残,仍保留下了部分遗迹。在曾经德寿宫的地下,出土了至少有几十万片残片,从其中代表性的瓷器来看,宋代瓷器的审美由繁华归于沉静,南宋官窑的器物,造型大方,釉色莹澈如玉,都在追求一种端庄、凝重、幽玄、典雅之美。中国艺术发展到宋,十分推崇“清”的境界,陶器偏爱天青、月白等素雅洁净之色。除此之外,宋代的诗词也以清空、平淡为美,山水画,墨色取代丹青,成为主要表达方式。创作者们不约而同地舍弃华丽而选择平淡,形成南宋风韵的特有风格。“清”,不是枯竭寡淡,而是一种高洁的审美状态,不是对世俗的否定,而是超越。而今那些从无数残片复原起来的器物,仿佛都在诉说着逝去光阴里的故事。德寿宫作为一个点,让我们与过去的南宋有了连接。

The creators coincidentally abandoned grandeur and chose simplicity, forming a unique style of Southern Song Dynasty charm. 'Qing' is not about being exhausted and indifferent, but a noble aesthetic state, not a denial of the secular world, but a transcendence.
